At Days End This Week!

Ask ourselves the few questions listed below, and see how good or how poor our behavior has been during the day. In short, take a little inventory as follows:

  • Did I behave friendly and kindly to all, in spite of the indifferent?
  • Did I overreact to the indifferent, in spite of my potential in Jesus?
  • Did I cause hurt or harm with good intention?
  • Did I perform well as a good and loyal employee today?
  • Did the righteousness of God come first, or I got in the Way?
  • Did I speak up for Jesus verbally, by example or both; as opportunity presented Itself?
  • Did I invite someone to attend Worship, Bible School, or both today, or during the week?
  • Did I encourage the struggling and weary souls in Someway today?
  • Did I pray for government, ours, and abroad; for crime and violence to take a back seat... ?
  • Did I exalt the Lord today, or me and the Devil?

Nobody is perfect of course... 8 out 10; God be the glory and be faithful  until the end; that will be enough! Rev 2:10; 14:13. Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children Eph 5:1.

Believe, Obey, and Know God ...

Bless the Lord oh my soul, and forget not all His benefits: who forgives all your iniquities who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies Psa 103:2-4. David no doubt, came to Believe, Obey, and Know God by faith, knowledge and experience! Otherwise, he could not have reflected this way on God's love, goodness, power to heal, forgive, and other priceless amenities the Lord God provides. Thus he said: If you Lord, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand Psa 130:3?

Not until we answer the call of God by obedient faith and experience a personal relationship with God; we will never know. Jesus in short, is saying come and see Mat 11:28- 29. David said he never saw the righteous forsaken nor their seed begging for sustenance  Psa 37:25.

Come to Believe, Obey, and Know God in a personal relationship and discover:

  • God is Loving and gracious...
  • God is Loving, gracious, and merciful...Jon 3:16-17.
  • God is loving, gracious, merciful,  giving, and forgiving....
  • God is loving, gracious, merciful, giving, forgiving, and a promise keeper... Tit 2:11-15.
  • Who promised to never forsake or leave His children alone Heb 13:5.

Only when we come to know God personally, according to the above and in other areas as well, can we say: Nothing, absolutely nothing can separate us from the Love of God in Christ Jesus Rm 8:31-39.
